Wii Line up Calgary Toys R Us Market Mall December 16, 2006

Line up outside of Toys R Us at 7:07AM on Saturday December 16, 2006. I lined up around 8:45PM and was 18th in line for one of 33 Nintendo Wii consoles.

A fellow named Rob and myself helped manage the line-up through the use of a list of names collected from people in line which was photocopied and given to the store manager. This prevented many desperate people who tried to budge in line and kept track of who would get one and who wouldn't.

Store manager was appreciative of our efforts and rewarded us with gift cards.
