Basically it's about Naruto and Sasuke arguing over who had the worse life (grayscale is them arguing). It turns out that both of their lives were hard, and they understand each other.

If you mean the one with grown up Naruto and Sasuke, that's the 1st Shippuden one.

If you mean the one after that, that's Naruto Episode 77.
