At this page you'll get access to free workouts for fat loss, six pack abs, lean muscle gain and elite conditioning. Based around my intensity workouts, interval circuits and fat loss / resistance programs.

TheWorkout: Six Pack Abs Plug-in workout 'Fire'
(To be used 2-3 times a week after your current fitness program)

Perform this round of 4 exercises twice - for a total 'circuit' of 8 rounds.
Beginners = 1 circuit
Intermediate = 2 circuits (90 secs rest between circuits)
Advanced = 2-3 circuits (60 secs rest in between circuits)

Exercises:
1) Reverse Swiss Ball Crunch
2) Double Limb Lift (Body Shock)
3) DB Tripod Rows
4)Swiss Ball Finger Point Crunch
Repeat the 4 for 8 total rounds in 1 circuit

Workout 20 seconds 'on' then rest 10 seconds before the next exercise in sequence. - this is Tabata Timing. (See my blog for more and get a free timer at the link below)

  • No mate, you're right, these are just workouts set up with ab specific or other exercises that offer a quick intense workout using Tabata Timing but focusing on abs etc...the intensity on this approach comes when you do additional circuits. Think of these as plug in workouts or finisher workouts for abs and core. Stick in a few more circuits, you'll feel it.   • i thought the tabata protocol was suppose to be maximum intensity for 20 seconds. i was thinking of hard cardio like sprinting or cycling. these exercises aren't very intense, at least not cardiovascularly intense. am i missing something?
