I always got my brothers hand me downs including the 65 GTO in 1970. I mean it had a 389 of course but it had a Powerglide transmission.... ugh. He had blown up the engine the year before and it was rebuilt and put back in, so it was on its last legs. We sold it in Feb '71 for $500.

This looks like such a very interesting car but today's Pontiac's don't really keep looking good after the first year.
