AT twice your age, I've probably forgotten more than you've learned, so it was good to have someone young come on to remind me of the stuff I hadn't intended to forget and to reassure me that I will be given regular reminders.

i realy hate a level RS. one more exam left, hopefully i pass and thats RS out of my life. gona miss these vids though haha

Seems more a means to doing right / maximizing good than a theory in its own right though things like moderation offer useful advice anyway. Interesting how virtue faded then returned recently. It never really says why its true just puts down the other normative theories, but its based on intuition probably. I hear situation has almost as big impact on what people do as their personality, that has to be focused on as much as character though it allows for changes in character at least. Good vid.

@unassumption Yeah I understand what you are saying but i absolutely love virtue theory because it look at the whole life not one action which theories such as situation ethics do. As Aristotle said 'one swallow does not make a spring, a short time does not make a fortunate or happy man' :)
