I have been trying to remember the name of this cartoon for YEARS. I've asked everyone I know, and all I had to go by was flashes of scenes in my head that I remembered form when I was 5!

I used to watch this movie every year when they showed it on tv until for some god awful reason they decided to stop showing it about 10 years ago. It was as much of a halloween tradition for me as trick or treating was.
