I always thought this should be a Christian song!!!
For those of you who don't know; I'm a Christian. I rewrote Hallelujah a while ago. It was in a period where I didn't really know where my life was going and I was falling away from God. At risk of using cheesy metaphors, I felt like I was tied down by the mistakes I'd made and couldn't get up. But finding hope in Jesus was what got me back on my feet.
There are times when it feels like the whole world is against you. But I've found that life with Jesus is by no means easier, but it's so much better :D
