psalm 96:9 worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.
there is no specific way to worship GOD. worshipping him means to give all you have for him, hold nothing back, therefore he wants you to get excited and have fun.

Just because it's not the most technical song doesn't mean they're praising God wrong. Properly translated, the Psalm says to play skillfully, better translated to "do well in playing."

You're missing the point. This music is crafted to get people excited and moving; it's party music essentially. However, that implies that it is all about the people listening to it getting together and having a good time, but how does the most important factor in praise and worship, God, come into play if this is the case? Praise and worship songs are about giving glory to God. They are not for having a good time and letting loose with your friends at church or at home or by yourself.

Ok so if your so amazing at music then why don't you go and make better music instead of putting down other peoples. Most people i know don't listen to a song to analyze it. They listen to the song because they LIKE the sound of it. If they don't like it then they shut it off.
