J.F.K's assassination: From The Pentagon, Col. Christensen, 'It was not Oswald... It was Johnson.'

I have recently come to clarify and understand a bit of my father's various positions he worked in the USAF, and as I was told at his eulogy in 93, by a retired military officer who reviewed his records and then made an eulogy presentation, my father worked in Counter Intelligence. I can not say what length or what assignments this may have been applicable, though I believe I can surmise from his duty titles, but the reference was made to his Pentagon and later tours.

He was stationed at the Pentagon, working under the Dep. Director for Plans, during the early 60's to 66, and then as Deputy Chief of Staff/Plans and Operations USFJ-J3, from 66-69. Some the titles he held, taken from a second L.O.M. award with additional citation, in 1973, provides that he held the following titles during his career:

"Director, Plans and Policies, and Director, Policy and Analysis, Deputy Chief of Staff/Plans and Operations" (USFJ-J3)

The evening President Kennedy was assassinated my father came home late, and in discussion about Oswald and the assassination, corrected the family and told us that President Kennedy was killed by a "military coup". He added a few more details, and despite me saying him that 'it' was on T.V., that Oswald was the assassin, he corrected us (again), advising us on the 'how's' it was a "military coup" and who made the 'order". He was adament.

He detailed that the "all secure lines" in the Pentagon were "shut down the second President Kennedy was assassinated, and remained down for several hours". He continued that no individual had the 'power' to fully shut down the Pentagon's secure communications, except one person, and that was "the President". Despite some debate from me, asking whether a General, or higher General could make such an order, he was quite specific about only one person could make such an order. Again, "the President".

I did not believe him, as the T.V. was so ever-present. He would never speak of it again.

Following the discovery of his C.I work in 93, it them became clear to me he had particular knowledge and contact which he could speak with some authority and support of his statements. My mother was adamaent that it not be talked about after my father's death.

She passed a few years back and I have researched some of the large amounts of information coming out about the Kennedy assassination over the last few decades.

I feel it is time to share this little portion of what was given to me.

It is past time our government was truthful and open with us. Give is all the documents, and persecute any government office and or individual who fails to do so, with treason. After all, what crime is more high than the governmental assassination of our 'democratically' elected President and the ongoing betrayal of the U.S. citizens?

It is about time some folks who are left over from the 'doing' of this crime were publically hung for treason.

Thank you for sharing your story. You're exactly right - it was high treason and the real culprits - members of the CIA, FBI and MIC - are yet to be outed and punished. The country has never been the same since and now i fear they have total control.

I have believed for a long time that the JFK murder was a military coup and that the US Gov't since that day has been a Fascist gov't with the illusion of a Republic maintained by the continuance of what seems like democratic elections. But if you look at it objectively, you realize that the candidates are chosen for you, so you have a "choice" of this Fascist or that Fascist and you are asked to select from that pool of choices. There is NO real choice, democratically speaking.
