  • Actually the first guy was right. It does exclude members of a feorien state, meaning expats from filing a suit in which they do not live. Be careful yourself and make sure you know what you are talking about before criticising what another personal has said.

  • I knew Mexico and our enemies suing Arizona was unconstitutional. Now I know it violates the eleventh amendment. Spread the word people!

  • That's not what eleventh amendment immunity is. Please get it right if you're going to be putting that information out. 11th amendment immunity is for the State itself, not regular citizens in the state. That refers to personal jurisdiction.

    11th amendment says that Joe Schmoe can't suit a State, say MD or pick your favorite, in federal court.
