There's so much going on, so fast, in this movie--especially it's background scenery--that it's often hard to keep up. It kind of numbs the senses really. Seeing it in slow motion like this really helps to show how visually beautiful and intricate this film is. Like in The Doom Generation, every room seems to totally represent the characters inhabiting it; it's impressive to watch.
