    steroids dont make you a god, the combination of scheduled training,enough sleep and really much food make you. That what lacks someone who trains on bodyweight, they got not enough variation in their workouts so after a time they get stuck on a point.

    That's what separates those guys to real bodybuilders, and the fact that people training own bodyweight are living on food as much as a bodybuilder.

    Btw i got no problem with lifting own bodyweigth :D it's part of my schedule ^^

  • @123phobia123 You remind me myself like back in the old days, gym workers cant do this just because they are not doing pull ups only(lifting up the whole body exercises) They do other exercises which I bet these people cant do. Imagine a fuker taking steroids and doing only pull ups in the gym, that fuker would be like god compare to these guys. I strictly do bodyweight training, but I also know what is going on generally.

  • I want people to definitely understand that a specific way of training after years give a specific strenght to the exercices you are doing. I have seen a lot of bodyweight athlet (guys only BW doing 70 complete dips non stop, perfect human-flag, ...) and I completely destroyed them on dumbell exercices like dumbell bench press I was doing non stop for 2years. We can't compare! Everybody build strenght in a different way but I must admit that BW athlet are quickly more functionnal.
