Well, to tell the truth I don't know all the much about greenpeace but what they did in this video wasn't meant to really stop anything, just get press. Why didn't they wait until the ship was in international waters before taking action? Used a prop fowler, something besides tieing themselfs to a ship. Saying he didn't know they were there, the other captain could have smashed them between the ships and, OOP's, didn't know they were there. Would have been clear of charges, too.
