What I like about this, is that in general Hui Muslims have tried to reconcile Islam with traditional Chinese doctrines such as Confucianism in an effort to create a sincretic Islam with Chinese characteristics, different from that practice in the middle east, so far they have managed to coexist with the rest of the population, I hope they are not eventually polluted with "puritanism" and wahabism coming from the near east

@controversyking muslim popularity and portion of china is much more bigger than that of France . and they are not modern immigrants, but are traditional inhabitants ilke jews in Europe. and Han chinese and Muslim chinese have co-exigisted more than 1000years. even in Beijing, there are many mosques have over 700 years history. the world is too big for you to understand it .right? and china is too great for you to fully know it's history. isn't it?
