With no guitar, bass, or keyboards (or rehearsal), just vocals, percussion and one trumpet, we have lots of freestyle fun.

I've known Kochie since 1994 at the RubADub Jazz gigs I promoted at Metropolis Cafe... over the years I'd imitate Kochie and others backstage, then one day was dragged up in the middle of a tune. Now we do a lil sometin sometin now and then as duo.

I first met Jeremiah's I & I Drum Link when he was Cedric IM Brooks' (Skatalites, Studio One) right hand drummer, and Cedric would lead the guys into the skadubosphere. With Cedric taken ill, its honor to help keep the vibes swirlin'
With us on djembe is the great Sanga Of-The-Valley, who was Babatunde Olatunji's lead drummer for 10 years, and who played with Santana, The Grateful Dead, etc
