Wrap tape around the arms and chest; around to the front of the body.

duct tape her to a chair (duct tape her mouth too), blindfolde her, torture her (put some honey on her or cut her hair) leave the room (camera styas in the room) while she is struggling and after 5 mins come back and untie her
