Warriors' Watch Riders Coin Presentation

US Army Sgt Cristian Valle came home on leave from Iraq to marry his fiance. After his return to Iraq he was injured by an IED and lost both of his legs. His young wife joined him at Walter Reed Hospital where she gave birth to their son. Imagine - a 22 yr old male waking up from a medically induced coma, new wife, new son, no legs.

And another point, Sgt Valle did not have to join the army. He is from Mexico and has, since his accident, become a US citizen.

A Local Veterans Foundation has been involved with the Sgt. And his family for some time. They never had a proper wedding, so they have arranged one for them.

This was a Welcome Home that the Sgt. never received.

Warriors' Watch Riders setup a Flag Line as they came out of the Church , and provided an escort to the reception hall.
