the message I got from LOST, is to let loose of attachments that hold you back from living...
it only looks like one is preparing to kill themselves or die, it should be preparation to live instead...death only comes from non-action...

IM actually blown away by all the actors on this show...NOTHING seems scripted at all....from the way they deliver, to the mannerisms,ect..brilliant..
