Photoshop tutorial: Halftone patterns

Examples of some of the halftone patterns you can do in Photoshop.

Although, ideally you would use a program that could output the files as vectors, such as Rasterbator or the Scriptographer plugin for Illustrator (Google them to find them, if you want - both are free)

One (of many) ways to do it would be to make sure you set the colours back to RGB (Image > Mode > RGB).

Then make a new "solid colour" layer in the colour you want (or overlay the original colour photo) and set it to the blend mode "Screen".

@ninachiflada reconvert to grayscale 1 to 1 ratio then back to rgb and you can do anything with it you'd like
