@ninachiflada reconvert to grayscale 1 to 1 ratio then back to rgb and you can do anything with it you'd like

i can't apply fill on my photo because it is locked after i applied bitmap :/ what should i do?

@lovebeingaries Change the colour mode back to Grayscale and then back to RGB mode.

can somebody please tell me how to change the colour of the pattern?

One (of many) ways to do it would be to make sure you set the colours back to RGB (Image > Mode > RGB).
Then make a new "solid colour" layer in the colour you want (or overlay the original colour photo) and set it to the blend mode "Screen".
