I liked Lavender's death scene, I think it was meant to shock you and understand the severity of what is happening to the students of Hogwarts who are just kids. I also loved that Hermione was the one to come to Lavender's rescue (all though too late) because Hermione was so hurt by Lavender's relationship with Ron. It just shows how all of Hogwarts came together and put aside their differences. It made me so sad but I thought it was a great scene.

I really wish that they showed fred dying, it was so good in the books how he still had a smil on his dead face. They should have shown tonks and lupins death, and Lavenders death shocked me because she didn't die in the books. Voldermort and bellatrixes deaths were a little disappointing because I think falling flat like they did in the book was much better. These are the only bits that I kinda disliked, overall it was such a great film and I just cannot believe it's over. THE BEST SEIRES EVER!

the first time i went to see the film i didn't recognise that the girl was lavender brown, but i went again last night and realised it was her and it really shocked me to the core. I agree with you i wish they had left that part out, it really shocked and upset me i can't believe that lavender who has always been a constant throughout the books and films is gone i can't really describe my feelings... it probably upset me more than the deaths of the other characters, probably mostly out of shock.

The way J.K. Rowling is going to get back at Warner Bros is by creating a series starring Lavender Brown ;) jkjk

i tottaly agree with the whole lavenders death part. I just saw the movie tonight, and that was one of the parts that stuck to me. i found it so sad because hermione tryed to save her even though she hated her. and what i couldn't stop thinking was: How was ron feeling? a girl that he just dated last year is dead. overall i think it was a clip that was needed. oh and i loved neville!
