@Sauraiuser2212 Don't care, if it is Ninja Theory's version, then they should not have even named him Dante, or called this game Devil May Cry. This is definitely not Dante. Not even an alternate version. I might have played it, had they not called him Dante, gave it the same game name as the first, and tried to insert something into DmC that shouldn't exist.

@HIM666dark6light THE NEW ONE you are referring to is bull fucking shit! the gameplay may be cool, whatever, but the fact that they are calling it Devil May Cry 5, and calling the main character DANTE is bull shit! Dante from the other games was so bad ass, he thought that smoking was uncool, wasnt british, didnt get the shit beat out of him, and his hair was pure fucking white.

This "Dante" gets his ass kicked, captured, and poses as the Dante we all know and love.

To me this seems like it's a prequel to the original DMC, before he becomes a devil hunter.

Guys, seriously, don't think that Dante is dead because to me this seems to be Dante in his adolescent time, the game being based around how he became this renown devil hunter.

Don't blaspheme against Dante & Capcom already, maybe they're thinking about this very well and you're just jumping to conclusion guys!!!
