@SouthParkBear Taken from wiki " As originally depicted, Black Adam was a corrupted ancient Egyptian predecessor of Captain Marvel, who fought his way to modern times to challenge the hero and his DC Family associates.
Black Adam gets his powers from Shu (stamina), Hershef (strength), Amon (power), Zehuti (Thoth) (wisdom), Anpu (speed), and Menthu (courage).
THATS why I said that both say Shazam but one is taken from Egyptian and one from Greek. Also, they do have the same exact powers.
-
That doesn't make sense, since Shazam stands for Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles and Mercury. So they should have the same powers.
Oh well, it's a comic-book LOL
-
@SouthParkBear Well from what the Wikipedia says, while they get their powers from the same place, Shazam, and are technically equal in power, Adam is more experienced with it. Should also note that Adam's version of Shazam is based off of Egyption Gods, while Marvel's are based off of Greek God and Titans.
-
Why can't the wizard Shazam just take Adam's powers away?
-
@SouthParkBear lol guess your right
-
Yeah but they say Shazam is also an acronym for Marvel's powers-- so which is it?
-
Well he's got the strength of Hercules.
Also Superman can shove the universe up his ass one day, and then get thrown around by Batman the next. So yeah it can happen.

@SouthParkBear lol

How smart do you have to be, to figure out that Captain Marvel is NOT called "Shazam"?
