People who refuse vaccination will spread it to others if they do contract the disease, imposing a cost on others. The reason you and the government have different preferences is that you only care about your own chance of survival, while the (ideal benevolent planner) government cares about everyone's.

No I read papers and science journals. I also study daily news worldwide. I have listened to coast to coast but not about this. I believe you would have to be uninformed if you believe there is no risk taking it. Doctors and nurses are refusing to take it and being told they must or they will be fired. It will be made compulsory for all to have it in the states. Its been passed on congress.

Why only museums? These things should be for ALL public schools. Especially schools in low income/urban neighborhoods. Make school more fun/interactive for the kids, so they can appreciate learning/studying.
