  • hi

No not a critique: no one said this man could do his work better or worse than others. The only thing said, was mostly about health and safety in the work place. I should have remembered that most Americans get upset about anything a body might say about them if it sounds to be negative. .

  • We Americans are pretty negative

  • We have a more up to date polishing work shop than that one, if we used old machines like that, we would be closed down by the Government, we use M&T or Canning compounds here in Belfast. Our way of polishing is much faster then that shown. We also use trizact belts.

  • thanks for the critique - video was done to show a friend who to polish some metal. not to become some kind of school. I'm sure you can do it better. This guy does high quality polishing to restore cars for the Pebble Beach Concours. As with anything of this type, its 80 percent talent and 20 percent tools.

  • Great video. What is the brand name of the compounds you used? thanks

  • Not sure

  • OSHA would fine his and ask how much he uses his fingers!

  • i use what my brother ... use... he be been metal polishing for 40 yrs ( instru/ment polishing ) .. its funny how people use the same buff , on all metals ..... so silly

  • Would you have suggestions on the material for the buffing wheels as well? I am trying to put together few buffing wheels using coir (coconut fibre) as the primary material. Your inputs would be of immense help.

  • Buffers are dangerous (with or without safety guards)and require instruction for the uninitiated.

  • quote of the year....

  • @ackerstan Take it easy there speed racer. As was mentioned above its mostly skill that does this sort of job. Besides OSHA doesn't care about you until one of your coworkers gets pissed off at your employer and rats the company out. Then and only then will OSHA come out and pretend to care about you and your safetly.

  • We hit it off so well after another visit busizz4me.info

  • @bentymedia you are right it must be 80% skills and 20 % tool manpower is the best process than the machine..in our shop in phillippines we fabricate muffler by manpower process
