http://gigagauss.com I was sent links to this design over at http://jnaudin.free.fr/html/rotpm2.htm and thought i would have a go at it. But using magnetic bearings to see if that torque really is there..

  • I never thought about levitating the motor with magnets and then using magnets instead of bearings to hold it upright and steady.

I am looking forward to part 2.

  • Nice craft. How long can you get it to spin without added force? this design is stable, but you still lose some energy to friction on the bolt. If you can eliminate the bolt on the z axis you will have a free standing friction-less flywheel. Try it with a hall effect sensor and solenoid. Use 2, one the top and bottom to stabilize. Place in a vacuum to eliminate air resistance. I'm still working on a free standing mechanical one.

search friction-less flywheels and you can find other designs.

  • Well after viewing some of your vedios on the Magnetic Motor dsoe it work as they claim it to work or not? I'm interseted to know

  • This a mini turntable, but motor is missing?

  • nice video

  • make a friction less bearing

  • Nazis invented in haunebu / vril type aircraft magnetic/electronic totally FREE! Energyform.. morons bombed them and now when ball is over toxicated some are thinking "maybe we should utilize em?"
