@SkeksisRule Watching them mix with ants on my kitchen cabinet, I tend to think that they're less likely to scare off the flies that they jump on for a meal.

@SkeksisRule Probably camouflaged to look like ants, because they taste bad. Ants are a pretty formidable prey-item, and they don't have good eyesight, so such camoflage probably wouldn't help them.
