This is the Irish Film Board's Propmotion video that is shown at film festivals to create awareness for the Irish Film Industry and Irish Talent.
As the Irish Film Board is currently under the existential threat to be abolished in accordance with recommendations by the same economists, whose previous reckless economic advices to the governments are widely responsible for the financial mess we are currently in, I have posted this short film to create awareness for the important work the Irish Film Board is doing (The Irish Film Industry has been Ireland's best performing industry for the last 3 years because of it!). All the shown films have been filmed and priduced in Ireland...
I also want to show my support for the UK Film Council, whose work in the past 12 years has contributed to the UK Film Industry's unprecidented international success in recent years. Nevertheless, the current UK government has decided to shut the UK Film Council - mainly for one simple reason: It was established by Labour...
