Okay RE has amazing potential, but the plot holes that they leave in these films is just...unexplainable. Especially for the newer films which seem to just get worst as they continue (sadly). But Jill and the other guy's faces are known fugitives, and wanted by the Umbrella corp. So how the shit fuck are they able to get that far into the corporation along with a fucking kid in the back seat?!

Because the T-Virus has caused her to evolve, it has also caused her own mind to evolve which has enabled her with this new power. In the the next film you will see that this ability evolves so frequently that she can control fire or force s large object back with her mind alone.
