  • You should tell people where in the PH you're looking when you're saying "uhh uhmm" in case they don't want to make the exact same character as you!

  • @hirewen yeah, probably, i just made this as a quick guideline because i wished i had one when looking up how to make a character

  • Hey do i need 4d6 or can i just roll a d6 four times?

  • @vverewolfchick you can roll a d6 4 times as long as you write down and/or remember what the rolls were.

  • Is there a players handbook online? Or another way to get the info you need without the handbook?

  • @blargish3 try 4shared or other file sharing website.prehaps megaupload

  • Can you apply a template (for example, half-dragon) to your character? If so, how do you apply a template?

  • @vverewolfchick yes you can but what would also work is to just take 80 meaning that you start with 80 and subtract what ever ability scores. its really something you need to ask your DM about some are strict about rolling the dice

  • Nice job with the vid, you get a "like" from me. Dwarven fighter.

I'm really not a fan of rolling dice for stats, point build is much better. It's nice to see someone else putting up D&D vids on youtube.

  • @McJekab: Just so people don't have to go watch the other video to know: The bonus/penalty goes up/down one for every two ability points, with 10 and 11 being 0. So 8 and 9 are -1, 12 and 13 are +1. 14 and 15 are +2, etc.
