The abandoned building is amazing. Love the switch from padded room to his imagination. Is he in the room or building? There looks to be some lost dialogue between the patient and doctor or is thison purpose?

he is in the room, thats reality, but he believes and in his mind he is in the building. yeah the lost dialogue is to do with speaker annoyingly it will appear on headphones, but out loud it wont work on all types of speaker, i dont know why. thanks dude :)
