aww im glad that you are getting more self confidence! It's always good to feel great and do more things (like take pictures, play sports etc.) You are awesome! Can't wait to see what happens after h4h2!

@queenie1972 Oh yes...am definitely going to continue after H4H. I will still have a little weight to lose and maintenance of course. I have always gained weight around the holidays, so I am planning to break that cycle this year. I think making videos will make that easier. <3

Wow, this is awesome result and you look amazing, Rachael! I know what you mean about taking pictures: I used to have so many, but, in the past few years, I came to hate the camera because the first thing I see are my fat arms and legs :/
