Now this is a positive reinforcement of better education in the prison system.This teaches them a positive approach to life and turning their life's around, more lack of violence and trouble in the prisons.Prisoners who sit with nothing to do only think about ways to find more trouble..I think this is a great thing for the ones who will be released and also for the ones who won't be released.Keeps tensions off and most likely less crime on the inside,and hopefulness for the ones who are released
