You should be able to argue the fact with youtube that this was a home video and therefore not copyrighted. It is easy to tell it was shot from within the stands and not by a professional. I would be yanking thier chain to get my sound back on.

Can't you just hear the scream of those turobcharged Offenhauser engines?
Those were some real glory days back then.

...totally, totally awesome. I'm just old enough to remember those days, and I do. Look at all the trees in the turn 1 infield, and how far down the main straightway the entrance to the pits used to be. I loved those McLaren M16B's too.

Only the echos, Brian. The cars today are so watered down and the uniformity of design is just a bore. Nothing like the scream of of those turbo Offys and Fords, or the excitement that came every year with new designs. Since YouTube lifted my music I should get some engine recordings and lay them over this video (and a little Tom Carnegie too).
