My personal opinion: No!

Even though some parts indeed do sound like other songs, i still couldn't find a 100% copy.

Instead, i found so many songs playing with nearly similar tunes, that you can't really tell, who might be a copycat, and who's not.

Hard to say, but imho: Where there's no owner, there's no thief.

how can you even say : nevermind? this can be easily considered the most unnoriginal song ever in eurovision history, plz, even my fav song from eurovision 2011 (Azerbaijan) is accused by some people to be a ripoff of other song, but this ripoff is more than obvious, how can someone even support these copycats?
