I don't support the LTTE, and I support even less the SL gov. If the SL gov had gone about this the right way, then they would've had my support. The gov has slaughterd thousands of innocent civilians in non-conflict regions and many more in the colflict regions, and cut off vital supplies to these regions populated by tamils. You would be more aware of the attrocities commited by the Rajapakse regime if you lived outside of SL and hence my first comment on your ignorance.

This war will end in couple of weeks... then we will remember everyone who laid their lives for defending the great motherland including your uncle.... pitty about u though....

We are at war.... certain sacrifices have to be made.... WWII childrens were seperated from mothers people had to live on rations!!!
so what? who care about random indices made by so called hypocritic champions of democracies? UN is the biggest joke in the world!! where were they when Gaza was attacked? it only cater for US of A
please tell me something I don't know... as I said I am more aware of the situtation in Sri Lanka abroad and within Tamil Diaspora :-) from CTC WTM THO TYO etc....

..... bombardment of IDP settlements, forced dissaperances, etc. Those who tried to report on these in SL were silenced, the most recent highly publicised assasination was that of Lasantha. So it would be no surprise to me if you support the Rajapaksa regime, becasue you are only told what they want you to hear. Rajapaksa has also resurrected sinhala nationalism, again dividing the people- history repeating itself.

Sorry to hear that. I lost my uncle also tto the LTTE in 1982 when they attacked a police station in Jaffna. He was a policeman there.
But there are many attrocities being comming by the gov of SL right now, forced dissapearances of civilians, bombing of IDP settlements and civilians, suppresion of free media, suppression of freedom of speech, etc.

i've lost one of my uncles to LTTE suicide bombing I almost got caught in another when I was still in school!!! and also knowing tamils and muslims who lost their relatives to this war I think i have a pretty good idea about the war than those comfortably living abroad and commenting on war based on LTTE propaganda!!!!
and I hope ur not denying this video... its there for everyone to see.... plain and simple...

You're not in a position to call anyone else ignorant when you live in a country with 100% state-controlled media. If you live in SL there is a near 100% chance that you have no clue about what's going on there.
