  • I have 0.5 mg tab. of klonopin but I cut then into 4's. Can I do a titration with a dose smaller than 0.5 mg ?

  • @1martuska Yes. Just go slow at first, then if you feel you can take it, remove more solution...

  • Glad the video is of use to you guys. It's by far the easiest way to get off this stuff.

  • @jamesclee2. Yes, I sleep fine.

  • Great help and thanks for your support !Question...What did you do to help solve your insomnia problem after getting off the benzos?

    Thanks!

  • valerian root, chamomile tea and melatonin. Sometimes Kava Kava. Hope you feel better soon.

  • You don't have to use baby food or milk, you can use plain water, and it can be easier to measure it carefully that way and you don't have to deal with bubbles.

Thank you for doing this video!

  • Thank you so much for this video, I am starting titration today and needed to see it visually. I am down from 8mg clonzepam and now at .375mg. I really appreciate this

  • I've been on .5mg for the past 10 years. Previously I was on 4mg, 3, 2, 1 and then finally down to .5. I am scared stiff to come off of the final .5mg. I don't think I could sleep at all without this. Are you now able to sleep okay?

  • Helpful and well spoken, thank you. Good luck to everyone out there.

  • This one is going under my favorites. You can read about this method a lot, but great instuctions, ans actually seeing it done is great. I'm on 6 mg og xanax a day, and may want to use this one day. 5*

  • Really good advice! - I am 18 months clean and this is exactly what I did - taper real slow, if you get discomfort stop reducing for a few days and let your body adjust - 100 days is too quick - most people need a taper of 5 months or more for benzo's - do your research and don't taper too fast - if in doubt taper over a longer period and reward yourself at each milestone, but do not drink alcohol again until you are completely off the benzo's as it will mess up your program. Great vid!
