Tong Peal Weigher, Bag Closer & Bag Stitcher

Tong Peal 1025 weigher feeding bag closer and stitcher. The Tong Peal weigher has a capacity of up to 10 tons per hour when filling 25kg bags. A mechanical balance with adjustable calibration gives accurate weighing.

Twin belts feed the crop to the pneumatic bag holder. Bags is dropped onto vee track conveyor which is adjustable in height for different size bags. Automatic guide blades are activated by a bag sensor and prepare the bag for stitching. Integrated belts accurately feed the bag through the stitcher. The stitcher is a Newlong NP7A fixed head adjustable height unit with automatic cutting of the cotton thread.
