  • I agree, in fact it was only a few years before the death of Lennon where they started talking again and even got along. They even said they had a great phone conversation (paul and John) about a week before John's death. If John had not been killed, it might have happend in the 80's.

  • John and Paul were going to write new songs for Ringo's new album in 1980 but that is when John was murdered.

  • Paul is part of the reason the band broke up, I don't think Yoko had anything to do with it, George wanted more of his music on their records, George Martin wouldn't allow it, always overlooking George's great talent, there is alot more to the story than meets the eyes.

  • ive seen a picture of john and paul together in 1974

  • @Atomicflash500 Sorry but you're wrong. It is a pure 100% fact that Paul was there(albeit only for that session) in which Paul and John jammed together...the recording exists...the rumored "1976 reunion" is probably untrue though..that's forever a legend

  • Where can i buy that poster @ 3:14. full sized

  • Nicely Done.

  • @tiburonesrojosver Ringo also drums on Cold Turkey. Paul and John were both on Rotogravure and of course Paul and George were on the Stop and Smell the Roses album on which John was scheduled to appear as well possibly with Paul joining in on the session. John also was going to join Wings for the Venus and Mars album but he went back to Yoko and that ended that.

  • Don't forget Ringo and George on the Traveling Wilburys stuff. Check out the official video for, "I Won't Back Down".

  • if only john had better taste in women they couldve gone for much longer....

  • you left out concert for bangladesh

  • Say what you want but the reunion in 74 did happen as I've heard the tapes. May Pang specifically recalled it as well. It was not a "proper" recording however. This was just some rehearsals and fun with Stevie Wonder and a few other friends along with John & Paul and May Pang has photos of this in her book. So it's not like they were saying, "Take 1; Take 7" etc. between takes of songs. They just sounded like the outtakes from Let it Be in so far as the relaxed nature of running through oldies
