It's amazing how Alexander set on a chain of events just by turning Manannan into a cat. Had he not done that, Mordack would never kidnapped his family and he would have met Cassima in his castle and married her. Of course Rosella also helped with that too seeing is how she saved Graham's life with the magical fruit, and had she not done that, Graham would not have been alive to rescue his family and introduce Alexander to Cassima in the first place. Funny how things work out huh? Kewl.

I remember kicking the normal cat and it screeching its head off, then Gwydion laughing evilly. It was probably satisfying for him to yank out some of its fur for a spell. So long old man Manannan.

Look at My Let's Play King's Quest 3 VGA remake part 7 for the remade version of this :) let it load and scroll to about the middle or later, since I had to stall for the wizard to come back ;)
