Would have made for a much nicer message if you hadnt insulted my intelligence before giving a description of what 'dash cam users' do. And since Ive never seen, met or heard of anyone doing this type of thing and know absolutely nothing of the subject, I think its pretty clear that my question was required. Its not rocket science.

@ScottishDoonie It's not rocket science, he's a dash cam user... see his other videos. Lots of people regularly record their car journeys; whether its to catch some of the madness they see on the road or just to cover themselves in the event of a collision. I find these kinds of videos fascinating... people can be so stupid on the road when there is no reason to be - needlessly risking their necks.
