It is outrageous that neither you nor we get to see the language in the bill being scored. Simply outrageous. Right up there will Congress' exempting themselves from their own legislation and its imposition of unfunded mandates up to the 90's.

Only a idiot would be afraid of insurance companies. You can go without insurance if you want, or you can form your own insurance company, or you can found a friendship society to provide insurance, or a political party, or hell even a religion. Go ahead. The only people stopping you are the government rules set up in part by the Democrats. If you are willing to be taxed they have no power over you.

Actually Glenn Beck is pretty stupid.  No need to use different states. Remove all government interference in health care, then let Democrats create their own institutions. They would be free to start their own insurance plan, own colleges, own medical centers, etc. They used to actually do stuff like this. They'd form communes and other socialist communities. They'd fail but at least they only wasted their own time, effort, and money, not everyone elses.

I don't need the other side of the story. In a free country you have the option to join whatever plan you want. What needs to happen is we have to roll back all the intrusions into healthcare that have already been legislated by both Democrats and Republicans. Undo it all.
