Kenya Police To Interrogate Ocampo 6

It has emerged that the Kenya Police has interrogated Tinderet MP Henry Kosgei in connection with the 2007 post election violence in ongoing local investigations over the 2007 post election violence. According to a report by the Director of Criminal Investigations submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions and copied to appeals chamber of ICC, Eldoret North MP William Ruto was scheduled to be grilled this week on the same. The government is keen to use this report to show that there were ongoing investigations against the suspects in order to boost it's appeal case on the admissibility of the cases at ICC which seeks to have the cases tried locally.
