This is one of the most criminally-underrated solo albums of all time. I got it when it first came out with low expectations and then it blew me away. Over the years I've had to twist people's arms to get them to listen to it but they always like it. I listen to it when I'm uber-moody.

@Kawasizzle This and Superunknown are his masterpieces. Chris is so amazing though, everything he does is great! I have all Soundgarden cds, all Audioslave, Temple of the Dog, and his 3 solo albums. He's my favorite musician ever
