It is over three years since the country experienced one of its darkest days in history... when communities that once lived happily together, turned against each other. For some of the victims of the violence, the wounds have healed albeit slowly... however, fears that the wounds could be split open afresh are rife following the summonses to appear before the Judges at the Pre- Trial Chamber, issued by the International Criminal Court to the six, suspected to have borne the greatest responsibility to the violence. Sheila Sendeyo was in Eldoret and talked to some of the victims of the violence on the path to reconciliation and the impending Hague visit by the six.
These are the people who need to follow to the Hague...!!

We do need peace and reconciliation, but we also need justice especially for those most responsible. Bila peace and reconciliation, it will only take a small match to reignite the violence in the same way.
