hi,
can somebody give describe how you get in and out of this wetsuit!? I just bought it and I am afraid destroying some parts especially when trying to get my arms out of it...

NO POOP! A friend told me "a year ago his O'Neill Rat Boy Heat totally fell apart right after the warranty" and just after I bought mine. Here are are just a year after warranty and MINE is falling apart like as if the rubber beneath the nylon crumbles and leaks right through. Using a flashlight, I can see it just crumbled below the nylon mesh and in two small areas ruining the whole suit. This is just one more thing since year 2000 of how everything went fraudulent in America.

my mutant is falling apart i take really good care of it i dont even put it on the ground. the key pocket stitching fell right off so there is a cut in it and the seals just peel off and ive had it for a year. its a great suit dont get me wrong but if your ganna wear it alot i would get a more durable suit

with good boots and gloves you should be good to go witht eh 4/3 for shorter periods of time. you could step it up to the next thickness for longer sessions but you will be greatly sacrificing flexibility in the suit.

over here we get waters in the low 40s not including wind chill so i dont know weather to get the 4/3 or a different wetsuit

im not really sure how cold your english winters are, but they are great suits. we really only need a 3/2 here in cape hatteras air and water in the lower 50s.
