  • Beautiful successful launch! Did you design the mechanics of the rocket?

What does USLI stand for? A type of rocket engine?

  • @OtakuEmpire Thank you :3 We were quite proud~ It was one of my senior projects at UAHuntsville. I was on the propulsion team, so I worked mainly on the attachment and stability of the solid motor. USLI stands for Undergraduate Student Launch Initiative, it's a NASA rocket launch competition :3

  • @nagisu So cool. Solid motor sounds really explosive and dangerous! How many times faster does it fly than sonic speed? And how do you control the stability of the rocket? By radio control system? etc... quite interesting
