http://www.highlandwire.org Multiple Detroit fire trucks speed to a call on Washington Blvd July 6, 2008.

A man waving his arms in the street brought the fire fighters to his location, and the situation was quickly resolved.

Thanks to the fire department! Always there...

  • @DeserTBoB93535 where do you get that thought at... where did cars start to come from.... and still do.

  • @forestryguy08 u never know what can happen at an intersection... duh lol

  • @abzvinny318 People in detroit feel the need to not stop at red lights, I live in michigan and have been in detroit a few times and people blow right through reds.

  • Congrats on the concerns for your firefighters' safety by slowing down, even at a green light. I guess he realizes there's always the possibility of a DUI.

  • @forestryguy08 He had to make sure that some Idiot wasn't going to just come flying right on by. Besides he didn't even really stop.

  • lmao who stops at a green light

  • i like how the ladder truck stopped, then proceeded when he felt it was safe!

  • Hey engine 8, they smashed the roof in badly on that 2 days ago on an under pass. GREAT WORK

  • So short staffed. Every firefighter gets his own truck!

  • Posted on my bday :)
