this is so weird! i'm almost certain that i met you a bazillion years ago (ok, maybe like five or six) at stetson double reed camp (maybe?). i was just looking for a good recording of this piece because i'm preparing it for my recital. either i know you, or there just so happens to be another bassoonist named Richard whose aim screen name was the same as your youtube username (stalker alert) either way, you (still) sound great!

You have a great sound and solid technique. If you are nervous it just means you need to play more recital type situations. The more you okay - the easier it gets. You have a good feel for this piece - good job!

Thank you! To be honest, I don't know the model number, but I know for sure that it's a Heckle. It's one of the school bassoons at Stetson University... a great instrument. If you want more info, I can find the model number.
