According to the AMA the normative value for flexion is 50 degrees and the normative value for extension is 60 degrees not 40 degrees and 75 degrees like Doug says. Second of all what abou the movement in T1? What if T1 moved 5 degress how does this inclinometer measure that? Lastly the inclinometer should be set to neutral according to the PATIENT'S head postion not the position of the inclinometer. How would you put it at neutral for an old man who was hunched over?
