Oh....one more thing....The vendor who installed the system doesn't handle your product anymore....said your outfit is too hard to work with....now he wants us to switch to another brand.....I would still like to see it work properly once (including the defunct handheld scanner)....I see you have switched brands of handheld scanners.....I think I know why.....Whats the term "hung out to dry" Thanks....

Thanks for the reply.....Yes, I own your CRE as a POS in my liquor store.....We were given the handheld scanner with our system, and it has never worked.....It has been sent in 2 or 3 times for repairs, but still doesn't work....Because of this, it has become very difficult to manage our inventory without the handheld scanner.....Now the whole system is starting to weaken (not work) and I am told we have to pay several hundred dollars to even talk to someone at your outfit.....What would you do?

@RandyM758 Randy, rather than bashing products and companies that you have not even purchased from, how about giving us a call and letting us help you? It sounds like you bought from the wrong Vendor. Goes to prove that not every company is the same.
